Xuan Sports came to us running two locations, a course list that goes from toddlers to national athletes, and no real way to tie bookings, schedules, and their store together online.
We built the site on Drupal 10 with Drupal Commerce at the core. Not as an add-on — as the actual foundation, so bookings, schedules, and the store all live on the same platform instead of three things pretending to be one website.
Two locations, each running their own schedules. A course list that spans Toddler Wushu all the way to Elite Wushu. Trial bookings that needed to be easy enough for a parent to do on their phone, plus a retail store for uniforms and gear.
None of it talked to each other. Course info, bookings, and the store all needed to work as one system — not three separate things bolted onto a website.
Every course — Toddler Wushu, Elite Wushu, all of them — links straight to its own schedule and booking flow. A parent can check availability and book a trial in a couple of taps. Change a class time once, and it's updated everywhere, not just on one page someone forgot about.
The uniform and gear store runs on Drupal Commerce, on the same platform as the rest of the site. No separate login for the shop, no second system for the team to check.
Xuan Sports runs bookings, schedules, and their store through one platform now, instead of juggling separate tools. For an academy that's grown to 1,200+ students and trained 30+ national athletes, that's less time spent on admin — and a site that grows with them instead of needing a rebuild every couple of years.
